This location is really close to work which is why I keep coming here even if I have a not phenomenal experience, but I feel like I should say something. I've been to this location and have had amazing baristas, who really go above and beyond, and then I've had Baristas like today, where three of them were standing and talking, and I just stood there, waiting for my order to be taken for longer than it should have taken. When I was here on Thursday, the same thing happened, I stood and waited for my order to be taken, while the barista finished their conversation.It's really frustrating you can explicitly see that they're not busy, the music is blasting, and three people are giggling in a corner, and even if they see you, there's no acknowledgment that they will be right with you, or pausing the conversation to participate in taking your order. Super upsetting, because it does take away from when I do have a good barista, and they go above and beyond, but I definitely think management and upper management should know and be aware That this is going on

The place is very dirty , all over . The bathrooms are disgusting , I don't think they have been cleaned in long time . I was there early am and to be that dirty at 8 am, it's not a good sign.

Please believe me that this is the most objective 1 star rating of my life.I have been going to this Starbucks for YEARS. It feels like a punishment nearly every single time I go.If you're going through the drive thru, please be prepared to wait over 15 minutes minimum. I have been in line before where it has taken me OVER 40 MINUTES to get through the drive thru. Often times the line gets so backed up it disrupts traffic on the street.On top of this, they often get orders incorrect and have to redo them at the window.The staff is nice but at this point it does not make up for the wait times or the incorrect orders. I genuinely don't understand why they cannot get more organized or figure things out. It was never this bad until post pandemic.If you want a better experience it's more worth it to literally walk into the Giant grocery store down the road and get their Starbucks. Nicer staff and always correct.

They also never get a good variety of starbucks cups. And there's this one employee that works there every time i go in never any acknowledgment. Hi, how are you? What can i get for you?..... tall blondie with slight color in their hair. Always ignorant, they always look hella miserable ..please Quit

Slowest drive through ever. Waited 15 minutes at the window for my coffee. The server was very rude to a customer. She told the person ordering that they could get out of line and leave when they asked about the line not moving. The manager and another sever laughed. Unbelievable. They also only gave me a1/2 cup of coffee and I ordered a venti.
