This is now the fourth time recently I am being overcharged. Every time I order a tall they charge me for a grande.. I let it go a few times in the past but the change is starting to add up now. I was also very clear about the order. Sometimes I've only realized it once I've driven away and it is too inconvenient to drive back again and deal with a line and waste my time. If you guys make a mistake about the size and already made the coffee you shouldn't just charge...

Me and my fiancé travel to this Starbucks, because in our area this location is constantly accurate with my order, i actually get a FULL cup of product and the associates that work at this location always make me feel welcome and always have the best service. In the event there is an issue they gladly fix it without any type of attitude. I’ve talked to other patrons at different locations in the area and they agreed that this location at Red Lion and US1 is the overall best...
