I felt so bad for the barista working. Whoever the manager with pink hair is, needs to check their attitude and how they talk to their employees. I couldn’t believe she was being so rude to her employee, who she left alone for who knows how long! The employee couldn’t do anything right for this manager when in fact the employee was doing great and being so kind despite what she was left to deal with. Treat your employees with respect.
