I went to this Starbucks with my friends for the first time to grab a drink while on a trip to center city and a man with a man bun took my order. He was rude when taking my order and made small talk about owning cats. When I spoke about my experience with my own cat, he tried to say I didn’t know how to properly care for her and insisted on taking her despite my refusing several times. So slow, always slow. Sometimes only a single employee working, it’s not the workers it’s how this store is managed
The staff is why I come here. Otherwise I'm a small biz girlie. Adonica, Jamie, Virgil, Aubrie, +++ are always smiling, service oriented and a great team. Give them a raise!

The service is exceptional, with staff always ready and available to help. The counter space is kept clean and the wait time is minimal. The baristas are friendly and can make a great drink, such as the Java Chip Frappuccino, which can be customized with extra chocolate chips upon request. The location is easily accessible, with an entrance that does not require steps and a reportedly free attached garage. However, the GPS may not lead directly to the parking lot. The only downside mentioned is the absence of a tip jar for the deserving baristas. Overall, Starbucks at Riverwalk provides great service and delicious coffee.
