Girl with pink hair & glasses is very miserable. I come in asking to purchase a cup of water, not expecting it for free. I legit had the money in my hand when with an attitude “No. YOU HAVE TO BUY SOMETHING IN HERE IN ORDER TO GET THE DRINK. WE DONT EVEN HAVE THE OPTION OF WATER CUP ON THE MENU” which doesn’t make sense, I can’t get a cup of water but the button magically appears if I buy something?
Another girl came in a few moments after me and with the same question, “can I buy a cup of water?” She was a little nicer to her when she explained she’d have to purchase something or that they had bottled water she can purchase but yeah. Work on your attitude.

The cashier Malik first looks at the line doesn't say anything doesn't acknowledge anyone then when he decides to start working stands at the register doesn't say a word..I tell him my order and I was splitting the pay but the part of the register that I see shows a different price so I was confused when I tell you his attitude would of gotten him fired at any other place. How people like him are able to get a job is literally beyond me. He literally spoke like we were on the streets and not in a business. The young lady making the drinks though was professional and actually understood customer service.

I ordered three drinks at this location - all were made incorrectly. Barista clearly needs training because the labels were printed correctly. Customer service telling me I am SOL because I don’t have a receipt (didn’t pay with app). How is it my fault that the cashier threw out the receipt as soon as it was printed?

I need to know when Hope works because the girl that made my order didn’t do it right, I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch extra everything. Denise knows my order by heart which I love so much but whoever that girl was that made my drink looked unprofessional, annoyed, and worked at a slow pace. She didn’t even give me extra. Overall Denise would definitely be receiving a five star rating.

All info online and in the app says they close at 8pm. Walked over for a late night coffee at 7:30 and the doors were shut and locked. Staff behind the counter did not even acknowledge a customer trying to open the door. If you close at 7:30, make sure your times reflect that.
