I need to know when Hope works because the girl that made my order didn’t do it right, I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch extra everything. Denise knows my order by heart which I love so much but whoever that girl was that made my drink looked unprofessional, annoyed, and worked at a slow pace. She didn’t even give me extra. Overall Denise would definitely be receiving a five star rating.

All info online and in the app says they close at 8pm. Walked over for a late night coffee at 7:30 and the doors were shut and locked. Staff behind the counter did not even acknowledge a customer trying to open the door. If you close at 7:30, make sure your times reflect that.

I used to order daily my coffee now it’s gonna be the last time! That happened 10.6.24 at 1:45 pm Starbucks 12 th walnut Philadelphia 19107 . All my mood changes! That was sooooo bad !

Good location for those downtown, those headed to Society Hill, or those in the Independence Square area. We met all 3 criteria, so it was natural for us to stop here and enjoy some coffee and rest our tired feet.
Stopped in yesterday. Regret tipping a dollar. The girl behind the counter was to busy talking to coworkers and I stood there for 15 minutes before someone ask what I ordered. Should have gone to the local coffee shop across the street

First let's just start off the cashier wasn't to happy not much engaging with me I asked him ask the guy who's making my drink to put some chocolate syrup in it he never did so when it came time to make my drink I asked the guy he look irritated so finally I get my drink it tastes like water down milk ? I was over it to go back to the store I just know I won't be going back to be honest it was a waste of my money ???
