The food is pretty good but I ordered my food at 6:30 and it’s currently 9:40 and still haven’t received my food idk what’s going on but this is ridiculous and you would think after 80% of the reviews is saying the same thing it will change

Food made me violently throw up 7 hours later not sure if it was not fresh or had salmonella? But was actually the best food I ve ever tasted going down but some type virus must bern in food I literally felt I was gonns die was throwing up so bad I got buffalo wings mac and yellow rice like I said was so weird best tasting food I ever had going down but 7 hours later throwing up violently could been food poisoning I was actually sad cause waa gonna be my new spot please check your food making process some virus must been in food something was not clean no hate just ny experience

I came here after seeing this place all over TikTok while searching for good food spots in Philly, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish.

I ordered the lamb cheesesteak rolls, two “Kee Way” platters, Parmesan truffle fries, and banana pudding. The lamb cheesesteak roll was extremely dry, and the wrapper was so hard it ruined the bite completely.

The salmon was just okay — not terrible, but definitely nothing memorable. The mac and cheese had a creamy texture and looked good, but it lacked flavor. The spicy cabbage wasn’t spicy at all, though it was decent enough.

The Parmesan truffle fries were another letdown. They didn’t taste like truffle fries whatsoever. It seemed like a little cheese sprinkled on top, and some fries were greasy while others were dry.

Honestly, the best thing I had was the banana pudding. That was the only item I truly enjoyed, and it ended up being better than the food itself.

To be completely honest, the fried shrimp spot on the corner nearby smelled amazing and tasted better than everything I ordered here, which says a lot.

The pickup experience was also uncomfortable. The person handling the front counter appeared visibly unwell, with noticeable sores around the mouth and face, which made the interaction feel unsettling — especially after I had already prepaid online and was committed to picking up the order.

I really wanted to enjoy this place because of the social media hype, but based on my visit, it did not live up to expectations.

Trash frozen freezer burned salmon not fresh wet runny Mac and cheese boxed cardboard tasting rice honest review if I don’t tell u how would u know also they told us the food would take a hour which was respectable i thought ok maybe cuz its a hour the food must be good giving them the benefit of doubt i ended waiting 2 hours this ain’t no shade just a eye opener do better!!!

I ordered thru uber eats but ive never had an issue with customer service when i was in person. No they aren’t over the top with friendliness but neither are the ppl at the Chinese store, Jamaican restaurants, etc! Just saying. I normally love my food from here but over the past few months, the quality has been TRASH! These platters are way too expensive for mid tasting food. My Mac and cheese looks gray and it’s mushy. The yams were okay. Salmon was dryyyyyy! I normally bust down these platters and now it’s day three and I’m literally forcing this nasty ish down my throat just to avoid feeling like I’ve wasted my money! Idk what changed but pleaseeeee go back to the way you guys used to cook.

Ordered food on Uber Eats at 615pm and didn’t get my food until after 10pm!. I tried calling the restaurant and of course no one picked up

Order from here alotttt. Food here is great but it never fails either the dasher steals the food or the restaurant have you wait 90 mins for your food just to close a never make the order.

I ordered off of ubereats from them just now. I was waiting order an hour and half for it to still say it’s being prepared. When I tried to call the number on ubereats it said it was out of service. So I still got charged for cancelling for my food that I never got. Couldn’t get in contact with them or ubereats. I’m getting my money back

I ordered from here a lot, the food is consistent every time. I’ve had pretty much everything on the menu but the stuffed salmon is my favorite. It’s worth the wait.
