What does subway have against giving napkins to the customers?! I spent $48 on two meals, the least they can do is throw some napkins in the bag. They were out of my regular rolls, my regular chips. Can’t believe I paid $48 for two sandwiches and two drinks, smh!

It's not the best Subway, or the worst, but there is definitely room for opportunity. The prices for Subway have skyrocketed over the past several years. I remember getting two sandwich meals for ablut 20 dollars but now a six inch sub meal.cost nearly 18 dollars.
At this location, the emoloyee seemed pretty insistent that we tip them on top of absorbent prices. I had my translator headphones on and they basically slammed me for not tipping them. It was wild.
The location itself is clean and the food is okay but not worth the price, truthfully. Employees neee to be mindful that they can't hide behind language barrier with today's technology.

The sandwich was fine. Nothing crazy. I'm giving it a low score because they do not accept coupons and the price for a footlong sandwich is relatively expensive. I can get the same sandwich at a bodega or even wawa for a cheaper price. The staff was nice and service was great. Overall I can't see myself coming back here or recommending to my friends

I arrived around 8:30 to pick up my order that I placed and paid for online, only to find the door locked and lights being turned off while they mopped. The employees inside gave me a rude gesture when I tried to get their attention. Sitting at home hungry and frustrated while I write this, and they STILL haven't closed yet according to Subway's website.

Looks like subway needs another lawsuit they are not feeling their sandwich with product order a tuna they literally put a sheet of tuna it's more lettuce tomato than anything what are the BLT that was literally no bacon this seems to be a problem with all locations. People want what they pay for

This subway is always closed more than an hour before it’s time which is 9PM. It happened to me couple of times. This was not the case before but I think they changed the staff and they don’t wanna work. Either way I am gonna skip it next time. I use to like their service ig.
I order a chicken and bacon ranch, the staff proceeded to split the bacon in half and charge me extra when I ask why she splitting in half and not giving me a full bacon.

Have not been to a subway in awhile and decided to give it another try when I received a coupon in the mail. My girlfriend and I decided on a foot long turkey sub but was told rudely that they do not honor there own subway coupons. If I wasn't surprised at the condensending treatment I would have purched it anyway. Lesson learned - there are so many great hoagie sandwich shops in Philly don't waste your time at subwat

Bad service... order food through uber eats and the sandwich was only vegetables no meat. On the top of that no toasted it was sent to me cold. And also No Napkins ...
We need to wake up as customers and stop buying from business like this that dont appreciate us.

Had to go back twice to get our order right. The bread tasted more microwaved than it did “toasted” - nothing tasted fresh and the staff were nice but uninterested in doing their job effectively
