I placed an order through doordash at 10pm and they were preparing my order till 11pm. I called and all I heard were workers talking to each-other and received no help and was hung up on. I have also been to this location in person and they have taken equally as long. It is a fast food restaurant.

This has to be one of the worst locations ever it should not be 24hrs they take over an hour to put mobile orders together even when the store is not busy inside the management sucks they should not continue to take orders when you have orders backed up for over an hour customers have called and after waiting a hour have been told to cancel their order how about just pausing orders until you catch up smh

Ordered uber eats while in an uber for pickup at 1am while we were coming back from a concert and it took 48 mins after the pickup time. It’s a smaller restaurant and I get that they were probably overrun but 48 is wild. There was only 20 people in the restaurant waiting for orders

I spent my whole 30 minute break in here because instead of doing your job you want to talk and literally took forever just to put my food in the bag, talked shit about me in Spanish thinking I wouldn’t know what they were saying and refused to give me a refund. Never again

I just stopped by this location & I wanted to take a minute to acknowledge the young man working up front taking care of the pick up orders. He was so amazingly wonderful! He was the most friendly, outgoing employee- or just even PERSON- I've encountered in years & his kind service was much appreciated. I know we tend to only report the negative interactions- & as an employee, I know how that can feel. So with that being said... well done my dear! You really made my day!
