I was there last Friday night at midnight and it was one of the highlights of my trip to the city just to witness the way the cashier handled the crowd. They were obviously understaffed and there was a big crowd of customers and door dashers, some more impatient than others. The cashier had the most effective crowd control I've ever seen. A lot of people were impatient and he kept everyone following the rules and didn't let the crowd impact his presence of mind at all....

I just stopped by this location & I wanted to take a minute to acknowledge the young man working up front taking care of the pick up orders. He was so amazingly wonderful! He was the most friendly, outgoing employee- or just even PERSON- I've encountered in years & his kind service was much appreciated. I know we tend to only report the negative interactions- & as an employee, I know how that can feel. So with that being said... well done my dear! You really made...

Uncomfortably bright and sterile lighting and no bathroom availability? No problem. The night shift crew here keeps orders moving efficiently. The atmosphere otherwise is positive and friendly, and everyone is made to feel like a hero when their named is called to pick up an order.
