The most magical little corner in Philadelphia, with the most special people, and the best breakfast tacos outside of Texas.

Hidden Gem! The staff- so delightful. Went for the first time and was guided by a magical lady who guided us on how to order. The food- QUALITY. The tacos are stuffed! Prices seem high but when you get the goods, it all makes sense. The two of use ordered a variety of tacos (6) and took two home with us because we were stuffed. Don’t pass on the aqua Fresca or cookies. Happy to have this style of tacos in south Philly. Thanks 💜Taco!

Tacos are phenomenal and affordable! My friend and I ordered back to back, and her food came nearly ten minutes ahead of mine so one of her tacos was kind of soggy after waiting so long. Otherwise delicious though.

Been listening the hype for a while. Had tacos all over this country and hundreds of places in the Southwest and California. These tacos are my favorite. It was almost a shame to try the creamy jalapeño sauce because its not needed but equally a shame not to try it. It was just as delicious.

Incredible Austin/San Antonio style tacos. We got the Migas, Chorizo Egg and Cheese, and steak quesadilla. All were so so good. The owner and staff were super friendly and chatted us up while we waited. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Yesterday, my wife and I stopped by this place because we were in town. It’s conveniently located, and if it hadn’t just rained, we would have sat outside. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted and directed in the right direction. The staff there yesterday was incredibly friendly and attentive. At one point, they even exchanged first names with customers coming and going, which I thought was a great touch.

Now, let’s talk about the food. It was absolutely delicious. I know they call it “Tex-Mex,” but I haven’t had a better chorizo breakfast taco since living in San Diego. The tortilla was particularly impressive, and the overall meal was really good. We’ll definitely be back whenever we’re in the city.

Tacos had high quality ingredients and were a good portion. However carried no flavor. There is no seasoning in anything in the taco. There is no flavor to the queso. The salsa is okay- generally i always like the green salsas but the green ones had no real flavor to it. The best salsa was the chipotle one. I stirred that into the queso with the migas to make it more flavorful. To top it off- (4) tacos, (2) drinks, and an order of chips & queso was $70. Overpriced for unflavored food. I guess you can charge a lot in a city where the local culture doesn’t know good tacos. Disrespectful to the Texas Taco game.

Taco Heart was substantial and fresh for 2 lunch orders so far. This was delivery and cost more but with handmade tortillas and modifications respected, definitely worth it.
P.S. Pop Up locations for pickup, sometimes at Mr. Rabbit.

Nice and cozy place for some homemade tacos. The moment you walk in , you can tell the workers are passionate about their store and food! If you haven’t tried it, I recommend it at least once for everybody. Their customer service alone deserved this review

This is a truly special place in Philadelphia. Nano and his team put their heart and soul into every item on the menu and every guest. Wonderful local business to support. The best scratch flour tortillas. The chorizo, egg, and cheese is life changing.

Taco Heart has been on my list to try for a while and I was finally in the area during breakfast!

I was greeted and explained the whole menu which was very nice. The service was welcoming & friendly. Ordered at a kiosk and waited less than 10 minutes.

I got the migas maximus and it was really tasty! The flavors all worked well together, and the bites with chips were my favorite since it had a crunch factor. I added some of the free salsas to it which elevated it as well.

Is it a bit pricey? Yes. But the homemade tortillas and fresh ingredients made it worth it to me. I was full from this one taco! I will absolutely come back for more.

Love this place! Friendly staff that was patient with me when I first came and didn’t know where to order. Has incredible brisket taco on limited days (I forget which; check their website!)

Limited indoor dining (bar style), so best if you are looking for no frills place to sit and eat or getting food to go.

the staff are incompent and deceitful. they are rude on the phone. we ordered at the kiosk. it took over 45 mins for the food. we informed the staff about a severe celiac allergy and they got the order wrong. now we don't know if the food is safe to eat. Will not be coming back here. there are much better tacos within a few blocks radius. I wish them the worst.
