I HATEEE this Taco Bell/Kfc first time I went they make you pull over so their “time doesn’t keep running” I waited 30 mins before getting fed up and walking into the store to see how disgusting it was inside and all the staff just standing around chit chatting! I asked for my food and had to wait another 20 mins just for them to get my order wrong and I thought okay maybe they are short staff tonight I get it, but NOOO this has happened 3 times to me already!!!

THE BATHROOM REEKED OF dookie (i did that). Im sorry to the janitor by increasing his shift by 8 hours. that bean burrito was amazing but 3 minutes later i felt it sizzling then BOOM i tooted. This place including the management is trash! The manager came outside with shades on at 7:46 pm wondering what was going on with my order after me sitting out there for 30min I placed my order at 7:16pm they got it wrong then I proceeded to wait 30 min for them to get it wrong again! I have celiac disease and had a specific order for them to not listen the second time! It was a simple order!

i heard the employees talking about maggots where in the taco bell line im never eating here
Took a while for them to bring my food out to drive thru. I had to pull up (I was the only car there) and waited at least 8 minutes after pulling up to the door. No complaints about the food though.

You should be ashamed of yourselves allowing food this bad to leave your restaurant! This is what you charged me $7.99 plus tax for!? A whole empty tortilla!? Couldn't even take the 10 seconds to cut it!? I also ordered the SPICY grilled cheese nacho fries and literally got 6 fries with some cheese and beef thrown on top. This is a disgrace and you should be shut down.Not to mention the fact that none of your workers can get an order right. I've never once been given the correct order. I was asked to pull over out of the drive through line because they forgot my quesadilla. I waited for 15 min while all my other food got cold. It was never brought out to me, I had to get out of my car and walk up to the drive through window, which defeats the whole purpose of a drive through, to ask about my missing food. It was then handed to me, probably sitting there the entire 15 min I waited.I will never go to this restaurant again. The taco bell corporation should be looking into this location. The food and the service are atrocious and give taco bell a bad name.

The ordering process, which was a drive thru, was awkward. The menu sign was difficult for me to read, so I was asking the employee who was taking the order a few questions. The audio from the speaker was muffled or unclear. I had to ask the employee to repeat a few things.We got through the order. There were quite a lot of items. They got the whole order correct . There are no missing items. I will definitely go there again.
