Very neat and accessible restaurant. They provide generous portions and for economical rates. We loved the food very much and the staff were super personal and chatty. I recommend this place.

I've dined in once and ordered delivery twice. I tried the saag aloo, paneer masala, and dal makhani as entrees; the vegetable samosas; the plain naan; and a mango lassi. Everything was delicious. Service is friendly or orders are received quickly. My new spot for Indian! Very much recommended.

very good Indian food, I should say excellent. Very tasty and the girl at the counter was too good to be in a Indian restaurant. Very courtiers, We had lot of left overs and the restaurant has better containers than any other Indian places and provided us more boxes than we needed. We could not believe that this restaurant is owned by an Indian.

I did the Veg. Samosas and Chicken Jalfrezi with medium heat level. Tasty enough to visualize your in India! caution in choosing heat level with food, I went medium and it felt like high level!

Simply the best Desi food in town. They have indochinese specialties, also known as "Hakka". Try the Manchurian Ghobi, saag paneer and channa masala. The samosa chaat and ghobi pakoras are exceptional. This food competes with my grandmother's!!!

Got it delivered to try and out. Got the paneer masala, naan and fried paneer. Overall not a lot of flavor, everything was pretty bland.

Excellent service, and the restaurant itself is very clean and has plenty of seating. We got the chicken tikka masala, lamb vindaloo, and malai kofta kasmiri. Portion sizes were fair. Naan is cut up into 4 pieces for each serving, 2 orders was enough for 3-4 people. Solid experience. Make sure you try their mango lassi!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. The owner came over and talked to us, he was super friendly and welcoming. They gave us a complimentary dessert from the chef, which was a spiced ice cream. It was great. We will definitely be going back! Highly recommend.

I'll start my review by saying that I'm not much of a fan of Indian Food. Never really had a meal at any Indian restaurant that made me want to hurry back or lose sleep thinking about how tasty it was. That being said, my daughter's birthday was upon us and she selected Indian as her dinner choice that evening. My wife took to Yelp and found this little corner restaurant at 5th & Fairmount in NoLibs. When we walked in, there was only one other couple in the place. The server came right over and gave us water and menus. After checking out the menu, we decided on several apps and mains, Chicken Samoas, Gobhi Parkora (cauliflower fritters), Garlic Naan and Paneer Kulcha were the apps we chose. I personally have the fritters and the Garlic naan. The naan was good. The fritters were very tasty. They had several dipping sauces which included a dark one that was sweet. Really good. For the mains, we got Chicken Shahi Korma which was tender and had a really good flavor. Also the Chicken Tikka Masala two ways: spicy and mild. The spicy had quite a kick to it. It was pretty good. I like the Korma much better though. I recommend that. So, I'm happy that I actually enjoyed the food. Overall, this was my best Indian Food experience. The service was good, the prices were good and the restaurant was clean. If someone suggests Indian food for dinner next time, I won't be so scared!
