The Terakawa smelled like a urinal and the noodles were essentially al dente angle hair pasta. When I asked the manager/lady with a pink bandana if i could get a different noodle because I requested soft noodles but instead got firm ones, she went on an incoherent rant for about 5 minutes in front of everyone in the restaurant.
