I had a cup cakes kit and fig bars delivered as a gift. The products were delicious and fun. Presentation was great. The gift package delivered to the wrong house. The customer service, friendliness and follow up was also excellent. Great place.

Treat yourself with some Termini bros pastries when coming by the Reading Terminal Market, they are fresh and delicious and not overly sweet. They have a large variety of selections of pastries and treats that are good for any occasions.

Reasonably priced, efficient service, hard working people, well organized process system & most importantly beautiful presentation of everything they baked.

Definitely recommend @WineDinenVacay

Wonderful bakery. Please consider offering the cookie" Dead Man's Bones " for the fall and winter seasons.

I frequent RTM quite a bit on weekends. Usually bypass this place due to long lines and promised myself one day I would try one of their pastries as I know this is a Philly icon. So today was the day, after having a great corned beef sandwich from Hershel's my wife and I chose to split an eclair. Let's just say if this the best Philly has to offer, I will pass on desert. Must have been in the case for a month. Dry, crusty, flavorless, my local Giant bakery blows this place away

I bought a banana cream pie for Thanksgiving and I am so happy that I got a small. The pie DID NOT have any flavor and the bananas tasted a bit rotten. The look was EXTREMELY beautiful.

Absolutely appalled by the customer service here. I visited recently, excited to try their desserts, but the experience was ruined by the dismissive attitude of the staff. When I had a question about the ingredients in one of their items (I just wanted to ensure it was safe for my dietary needs), the cashier looked visibly annoyed. She gave me a quick, careless response without checking, as if my question was a huge inconvenience.

When I politely asked if she could double-check, she rolled her eyes and reluctantly asked someone else, who also seemed indifferent. The whole experience felt like I was bothering them just by wanting accurate information about what I was eating.

It’s shocking how little care or respect they showed to customers with simple questions. In today’s world, where food allergies and dietary restrictions are common, it’s not just about good food but also feeling valued as a customer. If they can’t provide decent customer service and clear answers, it’s hard to feel safe eating here. Will definitely not be returning, and I recommend anyone expecting even basic customer service look elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusted at their service!!! My husband has a tree nut allergy so I asked several times if they used tree nuts in their chocolate banana to which the cashier rolled her eyes at me, said she wasn’t sure , so I asked can she confirm? She asked a colleague who confirmed that no there was no use of tree nuts in it so we bought and ate . My husband then had anaphylactic reaction thankfully did not need hospitalization but irregardless this establish lacks ingredient labels and are in desperate need of reform in order
To save the next person!!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would !

Dietary restrictions: Tree nut allergies
