Not the best experience. Every year I look for a new holiday gift to send to my clients. Picked 2 day shipping so my client would get the gift before the break, reached out immediately when I saw that they were "delayed" and when I reached out I was told they would pull the cookies back and resend once they reopened in another week. Never happened. They were delivered when my contact was long gone. Reached out to find out what happened. one week later nothing from the company....read full review
I LOVE and 100% recommend The Famous 4th Street Cookie Company! Someone had their cookies mailed to me as a sympathy gift back in 2021. We went to this cookie shop four months ago when we were visiting PA from out of state . There cookies are EXTREMELY over priced compared to the rest of the shops . Also the customer service is AWFUL. There is one particular worker there that is EXTREMELY nasty and rude !! We only went back there again today because we were visiting again from out of state and hoped for a better experience !!
