Could be a really rad spot, if half the stalls weren’t empty and 2/3 of the occupied stalls weren’t closed. There were limited options, which is the opposite point of a food hall, and it was dingy inside. A lot of school field trips use the hall to eat their lunches so it can be very loud and overrun with young kids. I wouldn’t recommend it. There are way better places to eat around Philly, other food halls even.
Majestious hall. Always clean. Enough variety of food just to enjoy the tour. In the streets around the building, you find couple loading zone area to leave your car 30 min worry free. While there take a look at the American Jewish museum, it's Worth it...

The website for the Bourse is not accurate. Only two restaurants were open on a Friday afternoon. We had a larger group and they accommodated us well, but the overall experience was very disappointing. Restrooms were generally clean and there were plenty of places to sit, but it was a bit dark and sad with nearly everything closed down. I hadn’t been since before COVID, but it was much nicer pre-COVID.
