How can I seriously consider getting expensive Jamaican food if my entire $30 meal has no sauce. The driest food I have ever ate in my entire life. The yams were dry and bland. The rice was dry as the desert and the Mac was dry and hard. I feel like I got scammed out of my money.

Food wasnt hot,had No flavor also they say platter come with veggies and 2 sides but you only get one .Brown rice with beans overcooked mushy 3 or 4 lil shrimp baby spoon of watery cabbage salmon was cook find but no flavor drowned in sauce taste like sweet n sour but they said it was jerk platter like it was shaking up NOT HARDLY worth 30dollars

When I entered the store there were 2 other gentlemen. 1 was in the middle of placing his order, the other waiting.
I arrived around 3pm. Order didn’t get taken (and this was well after the guy ahead of me) until 20 min after waiting. I wanted Mac with my platter and the woman working said they were out (I watched her scoop the last of it for online orders) but what restaurant stops making and serving a popular side at 3pm?
I got the pepper steak and it’s very good I’ll say! I didn’t get my food until almost 4pm (an hour for food you’re merely scooping from pans already heated is insane)
I may try again, and i know the ruder the better when it comes to Jamaican food. But the wait was a little crazy.

Received my order from door dash and my oxtails had not an ounce of gravy. Then I called and the lady going to tell me there is gravy and then when I told her no there is not gravy at all and acted like she didn't hear me

They don't open on time. When they do open the doors, the staff is on their phone. Supposed to open at 12:30. Which they did but still was not ready. Bad customer service.

The staff was not nice at all. FOCUSED so much on the DD & UE orders so much. They allowed me and 3 other customers to just stand there and wait and wait and wait…….. Until I questioned the cashier if they were taking outside orders. She then replies WAIT!! I waited some more & then I asked another staff person if she could take my order, because I know that what I wanted is only made to order, and that because I was standing there for almost 10 minutes just even to try an place my order. They would soon be telling me I couldn't get any made to order food after I stood there all the time. Moral of the story, she then took my order and I got my food an hour late no lies told….. Yup and after all that. I paid $38 for a fried Red Snapper platter thst was just thought in grease ?

Terrible service, just take there time, if they know you you can cut to the front. I drove specifically to eat here. Ended up leaving and ordering to a friend's home. That order took 90mins to get to us. Food was prolly good had it been warm.

I ordered food from door dash. The oxtail were tough rice bland. I was thinking about trying this again but judging by the response given to the paying customers I would never give you another dime of my money. These responses alone solidify the complaints of terrible customer service. Terrible terrible terrible.

Ordered large jerk chicken and small fried door dash received both fried chicken although receipt clearly says jerk chicken should have stuck with my go too Ron's Caribbean never a problem just thought I would give these guys a try if you didn't have jerk at least call me could have got

We loved the mac n cheese, it was delicious and hands down the best carrot cake we've had in a while. The rice and beans and collard greens were solid. The stewed chicken could have had more gravy (just got a spoonful besides what was on the chicken) so couldn't use on rice or greens. The portion sizes were large and appropriated. Pretty good overall!
