I was a loyal customer and order at least once every two weeks. I decided to switch up my order and get onion rings w/ ketchup. The onion rings were horrible. I called back and spoke w/ the manager and he was rude. The manager got upset and continued to be rude stating that he talk to me 5 X’s. We had two conversations because he was very short and rude during our conversations. He is replacing my onion rings but his tone from a loyal customer was disrespectful. The onion rings never came. I will never order food from them again based on his unprofessional style. Customer service first. I was a friendly and loyal customer. I’m wondering if it’s because of my race because financially I was a loyal customer. The manager tone and rudeness is outrageous. I will not spend my money there because of the management.

The best subs/hoagies and wraps around. A hidden gem in Philly with decent prices. Their chicken Caesar wrap is one of the best I’ve ever had.
Today my best friend and I had finished a workout and wanted a salad , I googled a place nearby that would have them and this place stood out based off the website and reviews I could tell they had good and also affordable options for lunch. We both got a toss grilled chicken salad , and it was so good ! Just what we needed after our hard work at the gym . We got the special which was a salad . A side of garlic bread and a drink. I’ll definitely be back in the future

This place ROCKS. Sandwiches are awesome, fast service even when walking in, and nice people working there. The rolls are freakin' tasty. Fresh ingredients. I used to run to Lee's, but these guys do it better. NICE.
