This place is incredible! We had danielle as a server and she was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, and gave wonderful suggestions. The manager Kat, informed us that they were out the wine we originally wanted, however she matched the wine with a similar one and offered for us to try it first. Incredible service and hospitality, would recommend here to everyone!

The Love was a disappointing experience overall. While the restaurant looks charming and the setting feels inviting, the food didn’t live up to the expectations. Flavors were bland and lacked depth, and some dishes felt poorly balanced for the price point. Portions were underwhelming, making the value feel questionable. Service was inconsistent—polite, but slow and inattentive at times, which took away from the enjoyment of the meal. Despite the pleasant atmosphere, the overall experience fell short, and it didn’t feel worth a return visit.

not allergy friendly. i ordered the salmon and there was sesame covering my entire meal (which i am allergic to) despite it not being mentioned on the menu. when i told my waitress she looked like she saw a ghost and avoided us the rest of the night. the manager was very kind and concerned, however, it makes no sense that a common allergen wouldn’t be listen on a menu, especially when it was such a large portion of the dish.

I had a short trip to Philadelphia, and I'm so glad I had a chance to eat lunch here. I would 100% recommend making a reservation, because this place was absolutely packed! The vibe is upscale enough to feel like a special treat, but relaxed enough to dress more casual. The service was fantastic, and everyone was very nice. I ordered the shrimp and grits which was amazing. It had a great mix of flavors and went very well with a glass of white wine. I would highly recommend paying this restaurant a visit.

First time here and can’t wait to go back. We had brunch here while visiting our son who lives in Philly and can’t say enough about the amazing service and food. Our server Eric was personable and so pleasant he made sure our coffee cups stayed full which was one of the best cups of coffee I have had in a long time. Turkey avacodo was fabulous. Pancake and omelet were also delicious. Highly recommend and also good
Idea to make reservations.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Love Restaurant in Philadelphia, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! As a first-timer, I was excited to see what all the hype was about, and I can confidently say it lived up to my expectations.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Their enthusiasm for the food they serve was infectious, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable.
Now, let's talk about the food! I opted for the salmon with sticky rice bowl, and it was simply delicious. The salmon was perfectly cooked, flaky, and bursting with flavor, complemented beautifully by the sticky rice that had just the right amount of sweetness. Each bite was a wonderful harmony of textures and tastes that left me wanting more!
Overall, The Love Restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of delicious food, attentive service, and inviting atmosphere makes it a must-visit spot in Philadelphia. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely be returning for another round of that amazing salmon! Five stars all the way!

Great atmosphere, incredible food, not cheap but very reasonable prices. Would have paid more and still been happy. Will be back again.
The entire staff made my 1 year anniversary with my girlfriend unbelievably special! We both were over the moon with our drinks, food (especially the labor of love board), and desserts. The manager Jason did check ins to make sure everything was to our liking, and the rest of the wait staff made sure we had everything they needed. We had the best night!

5/5 or 10/10 stars whatever you want to call it. Total great experience from the time we entered the door until the time we left. The food was fantastic. Started with the cheese board - great mix of cheeses, jams and fruit. Large portion to share - very good. Split the Beet Salad - again - very large portion - easy to split between two people. Crispy Branzino cooked perfectly - crispy side, crisp, but moist and tender, perfect flavor. Blackened Pork Chop cooked perfectly to medium. Finished with the Taste of the Tropics (passionfruit-coconut sherbet, vanilla panna cotta, lime & raspberry coulis) - dessert was over the top good and different from what you see on any other menu. Maybe the best part was our server (Kevin M), very knowledgeable about the menu and how everything was prepared. Great personality - let us dine and take our time. Totally recommend this restaurant - can't believe it took us this long to visit. Will return for sure.
Have been here for fabulous dinners before and tried them for brunch for my daughter’s birthday— did not disappoint!
Appetizers were incredibly warm scones and fondue with flash fried Brussels and apples— recommend both!
Fig gimlet cocktail was fab.
Our entrees all came out great— mushroom ravioli possibly the standout but lots of competition from butternut squash risotto and burrata toast.
Service was very good and they attempted to be relaxed even though they were quite busy— only felt rushed at the very end.
