Hands down one of the BEST Turkey sandwich’s I have ever had. I had the turkey special and my daughter had a regular turkey with lettuce and tomato on rye. It was this o cut, JUICY, warm and so tasty. Did not need any salt or pepper for add for flavor. It was perfect on its own. The price was fair especially since the location is downtown Philly … the tables in reading terminal are hard to come by. I wish it was closer to me (in New Jersey) well done!!!

Absolutely the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. Total lack of customer service. Went to restaurant twice in one day. First time was not waited on. Staff never acknowledged me and continued conversation with his friend. Tried a second time and same staff was still lolly-gagging with his friend and another staff person was on site and she waseither texting on their phone or lolly gagging talking with their friends.

Located within Reading Terminal Market. Turkey is so fresh and they make amazing sandwhiches. Not turkey cold cuts - real pieces of Turkey meat. The Turkey Rueben is my favorite and one of the best I’ve had.People behind the counter are hit or miss. Some are extremely friendly, others are extremely not.

A really good wrap - plain and simple. Can't speak to the Turkey + two sides meals since I've never tried them, but can confirm that the wraps (and likely the sandwiches) are great. Affordable prices and centrally located within reading terminal. Will be back!

I was in town for a conference, and I decided to stop at this place. First, this place is like Thanksgiving year-round. It is a favorite at RTM, and I see why. I ordered the Cheese Original, which was so good that I returned and ordered three more to share with friends. The service is excellent. The staff is amiable and courteous. The sandwich is nicely made. My conference lasted for four days, and I had a Cheese Original each day. I want to try the platters and the wraps. Most people visiting Philly always talk about Cheesesteaks but don't sleep in this place. It is incredible!

DISCLAIMER: I wasn't able to get what I wanted so I didn't eat here. This review isn't for their food but for their policies.I decided to get their turkey platter with three sides for $17.00. Upon ordering, I asked for extra bread and was told by an employee that I could only get one slice of bread. I then asked if I can pay for additional slices of bread and was told by the same employee that they cannot sell me any extra bread.I was taken back that I just said to forget my entire order and found my lunch at an adjacent stand in the market.
