The empanadas alone are a reason to come here. As a Latinx person, finding a good empanada without having to make the trek to North Philadelphia is a treasure! The plátano or plantain empanadas are so good! The unconventional Chana masala chickpea option with spinach is super flavorful and my partner loves their meat options. The Pharmacy is also a music venue and they invite great local artists to perform here. The founder/owner, Gary is super sweet and passionate about the space and JP is so good at his cooking craft! I love them so much, I also ordered 100 empanadas for an exhibition opening at the museum I work at- the public LOVED them. Go already!

Such a hidden gem in the Philadelphia Point Breeze neighborhood. I ordered a cappuccino and it was so delicious! This my first and only time and won’t be my last. Unfortunately, the pandemic is happening so I’m not sure when I’ll be back. Oh! Before I forgot to mention, their staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this café.
Walked in & the person working did not look up from their phone.. even after deliberate noises. So I just left.. Weird. Space is cool though

The coffee here is really poor and it's a shame because you have to walk half a mile to get good coffee. The espresso tastes burnt and the drip coffee is VERY weak. Honestly wish the owners knew what good coffee was or cared more because the location is convenient. Hopefully more coffee shops come soon.
