Updating my review for the new concept, Unity Kitchen. Delicious sandwiches and small bites. Some of my old faves from before have stuck around and are even better. The Cauli Bings (fried cauliflower "wings") are fried to perfection and i cannot get enough of them! Hard to choose a favorite sandwich, but I think the UKlub is my new go-to. I get it with turkey, cheddar, and bacon on the sprouted multigrain toast. I can only eat half it is so filling and delicious. It does have vegan options to choose from if you are looking for that (tofurkey, housemade mushroom bac'n, and vegan cheese).
Previous: Delicious food, great atmosphere, solid mission. I had both dinner and brunch here this past weekend. I am not vegan, but can get behind good food of all sorts. And the Cashew Migas were *amazing*- my favorite thing I have eaten there (thus far, I plan on trying a bit of everything 😆). I also loved the Southwest Sliders- spicy, and delicious! And the Triple Berry Flan. And I love the zero proof cocktails and drinks. They have Surely wines that are so good. I am torn between the Texas Margarita and the Roxborough Spritz as a favorite of the zero proof libations. I am so happy to have a recovery friendly place to hang out with friends or have a date night. Highly recommend.

I've been here twice, and both times the food was absolutely fantastic!!!
The vegan options here are incredible. Banh mi, to'furkey club, buffalo chick'n cheesesteak, and the onion burger were all so delicious. Unity Kitchen's addition to the Unity family is a much welcomed surprise. They are wonderful and I will be returning many times!

Update: As per their Instagram, the Volstead is shutting down July 15th to reopen as a restaurant with vegan, vegetarian, and omni options. Unfortunately, this abandonment of all ethics is pretty disappointing, and I won’t be returning. Really a shame, I liked this place. Good Luck.
Original Review: Really, really amazing. I don’t like the taste of alcohol or the feeling of being tipsy, so finding a place that has a full vegan non-alcoholic bar was a dream! You can even buy bottles of the “liquor” to take home. The food was also fantastic and extremely filling. PLUS they pay a living wage to their waiters! And any extra tips go to the back of house too! Afterwards, you can take a walk at the local park right nearby?I can’t recommend this place enough.

Love this place! Great food, lovely service and it is a sweet atmosphere.
Vegetarian options: The whole menu is vegetarian and the bar menu is non-alcoholic, so instead of looking for the two or three options I can usually pick from at other places there were so many choices. Everything was great and we had a super sweet server and great mocktails and we will be back!
He The atmosphere was relaxing and great. The food was amazingly delicious ?. Definitely will visit again.
