Cool little ice cream shop. The owner is a really nice guy. The homemade ice cream was phenomenal!
Wonderful customer service, friendly environment and delicious ice cream !
Great flavors, homemade waffle cones. NW Philly was pretty much an ice cream wasteland except for Zsa’s which has very limited hours and flavors are not as good in my opinion. Then along comes Tubby Robot. What a wonderful business to support! Highly recommend. Wish all ice cream lovers knew about it. I’m surprised not to see lines because it’s sooo good.

The Tubby Robot Ice Cream Factory is a delightful ice cream spot in Manayunk. Known for its unique and delicious ice cream flavors, such as butter pecan, salted caramel, and Mexican chocolate, it has received high praise from customers. The ice cream is creamy, and the fudge and whipped cream used on the sundaes are also well-liked. The retro video games and quirky ambiance add to the fun and enjoyable experience, with a few seats available for playing old school arcade games. However, many customers tend to grab and go due to the tight space. While parking can be challenging in the area, the establishment's attention to detail makes it a highly recommended destination for ice cream lovers. Some customers have mentioned that the employees could be more friendly, but the overall experience is still enjoyable.
