My favorite place to eat . Although i was so annoyed today …i ordered food and then new staff work there today wasn’t it not busy day. So no way they messed up the order by sending the wrong food and had me waiting on the phone over 15 min. We tip always since included no matter good or bad service. Smh

The food was good, and the service on the first floor was decent. However, when I went upstairs to the bar on the second floor to watch the Colombia match, the experience completely changed.

There were two servers who genuinely seemed to have no interest in helping customers. They had poor attitudes and appeared annoyed whenever they had to serve someone. The only reason one of them finally came to my table was because I had to call her over—she was much more focused on talking with people she knew than taking care of customers.

To be clear, I was one of the first people to arrive on the second floor, so it wasn’t busy at all. There was no reason for such poor service.

Unfortunately, it was the worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. After taking my initial order, no one checked on me again. Even when I tried to get the server’s attention, I couldn’t. I wanted to order more food and ask for ice for the pitcher I had already purchased, but after waiting so long, I decided to leave instead.

I won’t be coming back. I’d rather drive all the way to New Jersey, where the service is consistently much better.

Best time ever, this nice and comfy restaurant never disappoints. Food was excellent and service in point. I had the sirloin steak with garlic shrimp and it was so tender and delicious. I asked for a side salad and it was so fresh I was so happy!! This place is 10/10!!

Haven't been in years to this restaurant. They've upgraded, a bit since I've been over 15 years ago. Was at the bar area, and ordered food to go. At that time visiting, it was crowded with hungry people! Their cuisines are still colombian and cuban. Might have added some fusion dishes to their variations! It's a must, experience to enjoy latin proportions of goodness!

Family love this place and have been dining there since the 80s. Cuban menu is the bomb!!

Been coming to Tierra for as long as I can remember. The Ropa Veija is my go to. The severs are always nice, but they definitely could work on their attentiveness. Overall, it’s always a good experience. Just don’t except to be in and out.

Ordered a few trays of food and they were done on time and delicious. The sauces they provided were amazing!

We arrived (Mothers Day) and there was a 45 min - 1 hr wait, which is to be expected being that it was a Holiday. We then were seated and the food took an additional 45 min or so. The appetizer was good once we asked for what we originally ordered. Server was good despite the crowd. The food came, Churrasco was flavorful but had too much fat, the rice and beans were cold…I normally am not a complainer but it was not even warm. Needless to say I was upset. Didn’t even eat take the food to go. My husbands lobster was cold along with his rice and beans as well. We both ordered a drink his was just a juice plus a side of avocado. Price of bill was $168 which included almost $23 of gratuity. Never will go there again.

This place is the best Colombian cuisine in the city. We come here twice a year because we live so far. It's definitely worth the 1 hour ride we take though. Service , food , and atmosphere is always on point here. This place is worth going at least once in your life if your within a 2 hour radius. A++
