Food was terrible. They ran out of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and chicken tenders. No ketchup. I should have checked on food at the zoo before we came. Workers were trying the best they could. Upper management needs to do better especially if they are promoting their annual memberships.
Horrible dry hamburger. Staff is only interested in talking to each other. I had heard coming in it as this bad but was feeling dizzy so had to get something to eat. Plan ahead so you don't have to eat here. Zoo exhibits are nice and the tiger is walking right by me while I sit here.
