When I am on this area of Market East and want a quick pint and jolly nice lunch or dinner, Top Tomato is a favorite. Broader food than a regular pizza place, their menu edges on scratch kitchen with American and Italian influences.
The atmosphere is modern, and while I know this is entirely personal opinion, the layout of the restaurant and bars are awkward on the first floor and feel clunky, the second floor is entirely bar space. The lack of flow in the space is weird to me.
