The fruit flies here are insane 😭😭 they are in the displays, tables, and will not leave you alone

The place is ok for the area. They have a good variety but the staff aren’t accommodating. We have stood in long line and after completing the purchase we decided to get another small pastry the staff saw this whole thing and made us go back and stand through the whole line again with a child on our hands. Not a very friendly place.

Never again , the croissant not fresh the lemonade don’t taste like lemonade taste like ginger ale and the price expensive for what I don’t know . I thought it’s French bakery but it’s Korean .

Best location I’ve been too. Lots of options. They offer to warm up the food. The quality of the food was good too. A large store as well. This is my second time here and will be coming back

I visited this location to redeem my reward points after receiving an email stating they were about to expire. I have used points at another branch before without any issues, even for higher-priced specialty drinks, and was able to complete the transaction smoothly.
At this location, however, I was told that only basic coffee items were eligible. When I asked if I could pay the difference to order a specialty beverage, I was refused. I was also informed that size changes and milk substitutions (such as oat milk) were not allowed, even though I was willing to pay extra. As someone who does not consume dairy for health reasons, this was particularly disappointing. Also I wanted to have a hot latte but they gave me a cold one.
What made the experience more frustrating was the inconsistency compared to other branches. If policies are different by location, that should be clearly communicated. I was willing to pay any additional cost, but was not given that option.
The cashier who assisted me, Eli, was polite when she was trying to explain. However, another staff member (who identified herself as Arielle?-couldn't see her name tag clearly) communicated the policy in a dismissive, nasty, and unhelpful manner, which made the experience feel unnecessarily negative.
I hope management reviews both the consistency of the reward policy and the customer service approach at this location.

This place was incredible. I was hungry and freezing when we got there. I got a croque monsuier ( fancy grilled cheese n ham with extra butter) delicious. A caramel macchiatto and a fruit tart. My Goodness...the cream and the pastry on that tart...problematic to say the least. So, so delicious. Very friendly atmosphere, very clean and efficient. I will definitely return. I just gotta be a little more regular at the gym.

This Tous Les Jours is a beautiful, bright spot with plenty of seating. Their bakery cases are fully stocked with everything from fresh macarons to stunning cakes. I grabbed a slice of the cheesecake, and it was delicious light, creamy, and fresh. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick treat or staying to do some work, the atmosphere here is perfect.

I had a disappointing experience here.
After purchasing bread, I asked an employee named Macell for the restroom code. She told me I needed the receipt because the code is printed on it, which is fine — but her attitude was not friendly or helpful at all.

As a paying customer, I expected a bit more courtesy. The service could definitely be improved.
