My experience there was horrible they claim to not serve or have small cups for the normal water ices when they were sitting directly in our faces. I will not be back or be spending my money there at all.
The children who serve at this place usually are not well mannered. There was a fair skinned male who was polite, professional and respectful there recently but on at least 2 separate occasions, My pretzel had been made by a rude black female who said she wasn't making any more because she was not told to put cheese on it. Steep prices for no big deal water ice and pretzels served in small containers by people with nasty attitudes. Two stars given in reference to the courtesy extended by the young man who took my order.
Great water ice, very tasty all flavors. When ever I'm in Philly I get a taste of my childhood, a water ice and a pretzel!
Love their water ice and soft pretzels.
$3.50 for a water ice that comes in a cup the size of a mouth wash cup. Not worth the money.
Tranzilli’s is always my go-to when I’m in Philly...no debate! The staff? Super friendly, patient, and just all-around good vibes every time I visit.
I stopped by this past Saturday and got the mango pineapple water ice… whew, let me tell you, it was next level refreshing and packed with flavor. Perfect for a warm day!
Safe to say, I’ll be making plenty more trips back this summer ⛱️🍍💛
Been coming here since I was a kid!! Still grab waterice and pretzels whenever I ride by!!
The staff is amazing and the manager is always on point, that was my first time visiting this the establishment and I'm 100% sure I'll be back... thank you Ayanna,Jamiah and I forgot the young man name that was there with them also . But keep up the good work

Real Italian Waterice. They have been doing it for the past 50 years that I know of. This is the real thing not that manufactured stuff from the chain stores.
