Can’t recommend. The ordering experience is tough. It’s a really narrow space to navigate, you can’t see the ice cream because the case is not transparent, and there’s no sampling either. The ice cream itself is mediocre as well and we tried 6 different flavors as a group, dark chocolate was the best one of the lot. Melts too quick/not frozen enough and also slightly expensive.

Tubby is great it’s quick and yummy I recommend

Very strict. They will not let you sample the ice cream. They don’t like you put the ice cream flavors in a separate cup if you’re ordering two scoops of different flavor. The also don’t even take cards that swipe (only chip and tap). Never coming back.

I had strawberry and banana ice cream. Taste was excellent. This is a smooth ice cream. Loved it. Forst time taster. Will be back for more.

Docking a point because they don’t let you sample. It’s also a bit pricey.

Flavors are good, they have seasonal rotating ones as well. I’ve found when I’ve gotten larger portions it definitely weighs heavy on my stomach, not sure if that’s a me thing or a them thing…

Best flavors are the chocolate and peanut butter fudge

My kids and I stopped by today after lunch and the service was great! The ice cream tasted delicious 🤤! We plan to go again.

i waited a week to hear back or get a refund before posting this... ice cream was NOT delicious & was served melted on a 55 degree day last week. $6.75 plus tip for a tiny scoop of gross melted ice cream that tasted like red hots mixed with a bit chocolate in the background. I respectfully ask for a refund (because that's the only flavor there that I liked-- back when it was chocolate with a hint of spice not the other way around) then the cashier became rude (petite girl with unkempt afro) & told me i was wrong for not liking it bc it was supossed to be cinnamon flavored and melted, oh and she couldn't give a refund and I would have to wait for some other person to do it in a few days. The heck? The other person working, was nice about the whole thing (colorful hair and a top knot) & let me know that the rude afro girl had made the ice cream after I told them that maybe it was just a bad batch and I'd been coming there for 5 years to get the Tuby robot mexican chocolate icecream. found out today the rude cashier is actually the manager. Nasty little condescending girl should be fired. I never got a refund. she's a liar. do better😡 pics of icecream exactly 2 mins after I got it.

Friendly service, fantastic ice cream. The price is totally worth it. Awesome spot for some yummy food!

I totally agree with Yasmine's review. This place was cold, staff was not friendly, ice cream not visible, not able to taste before you buy and OVER priced. I too would not give them any stars.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. Recently took a much anticipated trip to the Tubby Robot and was throughly disappointed. My first issue was that I was unable to sample any of the flavors offered (not the biggest issue), the most off putting thing was that all of the icecream was behind an opaque glass making it impossible to even visualize the product before buying. Essentially I had no idea what the icecream looked or tasted like before buying! Needless to say I was not the only patron to complain about it and the ice cream I got was average at best and definitely overpriced. I can assure you me and my group of friends will not be returning.

Best ice cream in the area. The base is a premium variety. Richer and smoother than the ice cream you will find at most other places. Combine that with the original flavors and excellent pairings of toppings and you get a dessert that is truly worth leaving the house for.

Walked in, it was literally about 80 degrees in there (figured this is bad for ice cream, but what do I know). Proceeded to walk past some customers waiting to look at the ice cream, and was told I can't look at the ice cream. Never been told you can't look at the ice cream at an ice cream place. Asked about a couple flavors, but was told they weren't available on cone because they were soft (thinking if I just could look at the ice cream, I might know what was and wasn't soft??). Decided on something, was told they don't accept phone payments, had no cash on me, left. Rudest experience I've had in a while.

Bit expensive, BUT you get a decent amount of ice cream for the price.
