Vetri Cucina offers excellent service, with attentive and considerate waiters. The food is creative and well-cooked, with some surprising dishes like the carrot & egg custard. The tasting menu is a highlight, and the bread and nduja are a nice addition. Vetri is a culinary masterpiece, one of the most iconic restaurants in Philadelphia and one of the nation's finest. It offers an undeniably stellar dining experience, with everything being remarkable. The restaurant must have known that it was my partner's birthday the night before and brought dessert with a Happy Birthday sign. The menu is outrageously great, with a smart and nuanced combination of flavors, such as the pastas and the wagyu course on a delicious bed of beans and beef cheeks. The service is professional, attentive, and friendly, and the restaurant's attention to detail in the linen, plates, utensils, and glasses is impressive.
