My partner and I stumbled on to this little bar during a 3-day visit to Philadelphia, and it became an instant favourite! The warm, cosy atomosphere, friendly patrons, $4 well drinks and delicious Spanish fries kept us coming back night after night, and we even introduced a couple of skeptical Philadelphia locals to this bar. Victor's is definitely as good as it gets!
The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service is second to none. My daughter loves her cheese fries while I prefer a slice of pizza, or maybe one of their incredible chicken Caesar salad's.

I have been coming to Victor's with my wife, my brother and my sister- in-law every Saturday consistently for the past two years. Having spent a good amount of my twenties and early thirties touring every nook and cranny in this city, I think that it is pretty safe to say that i am somewhat of an authority or a connoseur on not only lunch , but most specifically where to luncheon like a champ.
