Please, please, when putting together a persons order include all the items that they order that need to be delivered to them. I received half my order and even the driver didn’t check to make sure it was all there. It’s the job of the employee to make sure that they put everything in the bag that the person has paid for Not half of order. Y’all really need to work on this. Being that y’all are 24 hours now there definitely needs to be improvement.

The food I got from here today was TERRIBLE! The chicken in the salads was so dry and overcooked that my mother and I had to pick it out of the salads. The burger my son had was also dry and seemed overcooked. I generally like Wendy’s but I’ll stay away from this location in the future.

The worse Wendy’s ever I order a chilli after a pick up the order I realize the was no chilli them I ask for something back in return and the supervisor say no soooo I got nooo refund or a item in exchange
Tonight at 12/08/24 - 01:24 am , I was making an order at the drive through and the girl on the other line was just saying- we don’t have that on the menu , I asked other , she says- we don’t have it - I just says - ok give me something that you have . She probably didn’t noticed that was with the microphone on- says to someone - Omg he’s so stupid !!!! I pulled up and there were 3 black girls laughing, gave me my order and said it again - by stupid . So that’s how was my experience tonight at Wendy’s .
