I ordered over $54 worth of food. Part of my order were two spicy chicken Asiago meals. I only received one order of fries and neither of our sandwiches had bacon as advertised. I didn't receive a receipt so I tried calling at the Penrose location where I purchased my food. No one answered and the mailbox is full. I am disappointed, unsatisfied and feel helpless.
Please, please, when putting together a persons order include all the items that they order that need to be delivered to them. I received half my order and even the driver didn’t check to make sure it was all there. It’s the job of the employee to make sure that they put everything in the bag that the person has paid for Not half of order. Y’all really need to work on this. Being that y’all are 24 hours now there definitely needs to be improvement.
