I love Wendy's...my kids love Wendy's....as many times as I ordered..this time it's not good... asked for baked potato with chives and sour cream and I got cheese fries instead I only say something cause that item wasn't for me and they had to settle... Please double check orders ...for an order $30 I expect me to get all that I asked for

Well, I was having a terrible day until my drive thru experience at Wendy's at around 12ish pm today 3/13. I needed a big smile and my server ( Yep - my personal server at the window) greeted me at the window with a gigantic and customer service smile. TAKE NOTE: Drive thru experiences can be mental healing for many. It's not always about the food, but kind and authentic service can be a type of counsel. On my way to my next meeting, my head space was better. Once again-...

Wendy's left a positive impression on me with its friendly and courteous staff. The cleanliness of the washrooms and the cool interior added to the overall pleasant experience. The food was nothing short of awesome. A combination of great service, cleanliness, and delicious food makes Wendy's a place worth revisiting.
