The entire experience was so bad! We ordered on line, get there and we are told someone took our order and we had to wait for it to be remade. Get home and half the order is missing. We call the woman was very nice on the phone, she tells me the problem was they didn’t have the paper when they redid the order so they guessed. She tells us come back with a list of what is missing. Since Wendy’s doesn’t answer on twitter I’ll just post here.
Large order of fries was barely half full for the second visit in a row. One picture is from today, the other from a previous visit where the medium clearly had more fries than the large. Also from the previous visit I ordered a sandwhich with no Mayo and there it is.

It took 15 minutes and 3 managers to figure out that they made me pay for someone else’s order and it wasn’t mine. I ordered a 10pc nugget and it only came with 8 and the food was sloppy and not hot.

Wendy's is a standout fast-food joint, boasting outstanding employee service and a welcoming atmosphere. Kids love dining here, and the restaurant's kid-friendliness shines. The Baconator and other menu items are sure to satisfy. This location runs much smoother, the attitudes are better and the food fresher. They seem to actually care and try for the people, and perhaps most importantly they keep the drive-through line moving. The staff is nice and the restaurant is clean. They are kind-hearted staff and hooked a customer up with a Jr. Frosty. However, some customers have experienced issues with mobile orders being left cold on the shelf.
