The cooking of my food took longer than it should have. People placing orders after me should not have their food before me. I understand it can get hectic and things get mixed up, but for a breakfast wrap over 2 egg and cheese with hash brown, comes out first. No, there is a screw up. That needs to find a way to get organized again.

The drive through lines take forever and the parking lot is super small and the store is a small Dunkin not a typical larger one either. I was a little upset that I got a medium hot mocha latte with whipped cream and sugar. No whipped cream 2 or 3 times this has happened (it didn't melt). And my cup was nearly half full .. which really put me over the edge.
