I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese pretzel sandwich at PHL airport and it was like a hockey puck. Not made to order, maybe even from yesterday. It was awful. I love their pretzels but this was a huge fail. I do not recommend. Service was not friendly either. 👎

Wetzel's Pretzels is OK, truthfully. To its credit the menu provides a wide-enough variety, the store appears clean, and the staff provide friendly-enough service. But the actual pretzels are underwhelming, tough in texture and bland. They don't hold butter and can feel extra dry.

The food was amazing. My order was so much bit i got it in under like 10 mins. The employees were amazing to me so thats why im giving it a 5 star review

There’s a dead fly in my pretzel. A filthy disgusting fly. I feel absolutely disgusting. The company keeps hiding this review. Take accountability for this nasty place. They keep hiding my review and I’ll keep posting

This company charges you for dip and the dip comes up to $1.59. Who the hell charges for dip and why is it that expensive. This is MADNESS.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
These pretzels give me an orgasm in my mouth whoever says they're bad dry pretzels are stupid people because wetzel pretzel is the best pretzel I've ever eaten in my entire freaking life. Thank you wetzel's pretzels for giving me the best night ever

Pretzel are tasty
Nasty dry pretzels. I got a sour cream and onion pretzel. None of the coating they dipped it in stayed on. Saltless tasteless. Threw mine away, went to auntie Anne's. Went back, my son wanted a pretzel. They were the only thing open after 7:30pm. Ordered a salted pretzel. Not much salt was on it asked the young lady to add more salt, pretzel had very little. She did.
