Came here with my date for water ice and honestly loved it. Great flavors, great atmosphere, and the owner was really genuine and friendly. It’s always nice supporting a place where the customer service matches the quality of the food. We’ll definitely be back.
This is the best place in Philadelphia for frozen treats hands down. The water ice has a rich flavor. The ice cream is smooth and delightful. The staff is outstanding. The quality is exceptional. These guys care about what they do. I highly recommend it.
This ain’t the first time and won’t be the last. If you’re in south Philly and looking for something sweet, stop on by Willkays. By far the best experience I’ve had when it comes to authenticity from the plethora of flavors and treats, all the way up to the customer service from each and every employee.
