“Wingstop is definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving wings. The flavors are always solid, and they have a really good variety to choose from. The wings were cooked well and had a nice crisp to them, and the seasoning was on point. The fries were also really good—especially with the seasoning they put on them.“

“When I arrived at Wingstop, I was greeted by a gentleman named Bruce, and from the moment I walked in, he was extremely polite and ready to help. He immediately offered suggestions and had another employee ring me up while he handled my order along with several others coming in.
I was actually there to pick up someone else’s order but decided to grab something for myself, too. The wait wasn’t long at all, and while I waited outside, Bruce went out of his way to bring my order to my car. That honestly made my day!
That’s what I call excellent customer service — going above and beyond for your customers. I’ll definitely be returning to this location.“

“I love this location, I go to LaSalle and come here for something to eat. The customers need to be nicer they try their best as they have to make a bunch of chicken which isn’t fast and easy like a warm patty or pizza. I recommend the hot lemon pepper with bleu cheese“

“WHENEVER I go here the manager (I think he's the manager - mixed guy, dreads) has this place in an upbeat mood. His positive, upbeat energy makes this totally different than the Wingstops I've been elsewhere. After a long day of work and dealing with people's negativity, this is a great feeling to walk into.The food is ALWAYS prepared well and I've never had any issues with accuracy.. and I've eaten here 14 times in the last year.“

“So yesterday I asked to get spicy Korean BONELESS wings and I also repeated I wanted boneless, they give me all flats and on top of that they give you HUGE bags for one thing, which is a waste of a lot of paper, the wait time I went for last time for a chicken sandwich was 15 minutes. “The food is mostly always good , my wings came very very small one time . And another they came with close to NO seasoning. Worst part is they never ever answer the phone but I assume they are busy but answering is important. They recently renovated the inside it looks great.“
