This place needs to be shut down . 3 hours for a delivery I never got is just wrong . Just close it, doesn’t need new employees or none of that . Just a bad place for business

me and my girlfriend came in to get 2 meals. We waited 2 minutes to have our order taken and then we waited over a half an hour and the workers in there looked like they didn’t want to be bothered.

I ordered 1 hour before getting there, and it was still not ready. It doesn't matter what wingstop you go to. Just be ready to wait hours for your order to be done.

Last night was a horrible visit, I am guessing you only get decent service in the day time. I ordered $23 dollars worth of food and IF I would have just left without checking my bags, I only got $9 worth of what I ordered. The Wings they did serve ALL drum sticks and cold. NO fries, no corn, and the tender crisps I ordered did not have the sauce I asked for, just dry. There was a young lady on night shift mopping the floor As customers still waited for food. 9/19/24 night shift suckeddddd

The service is beyond terrible. Kids are normally running this establishment and whom ever the manager is allowing the store to randomly fill up with zero organization. the music is so loud the worker can barely understand a customer to place a order in vice versa. Some correction needs to be address. As far as the food ordered the request was well done on large fries and wings and was charged for these request. neither was adhere to.

I paid for 3 combos. They had no soda only sprite in the machine. The fries were so disgustingly soggy and no seasoning. The wings were okay
