Does anyone else find it weird they make you stop at a yellow cone halfway between the payment window and the pick up window. You have to wait for them to wave you up to get your food. Very shady. What are they hiding?
So I got waved forward to confirm my order and noticed employees standing around eating chicken fries talking to the shift manager. I guess that is why we have to wait at the yellow cone and it takes so long (10 min) to get thru drive thru. My soda was...read full review
I walked in and was immediately impressed. Waited on right away. food was made and served quickly. everything was very clean and they have computer terminals. Best Burger King I have ever visited.
The Burger King in Phoenixville is the absolute worst. Sign says dining room open until 11.... at 10:45 the doors were locked. We knocked, they ignored us, we walked to the drive thru window & they hid around the corner. We called & asked them to let us in since they should still be open. They do “happily”unlocked the door, ignored us at the counter, finally waited on us.
Did not include my onion rings so I had to wait....
