went to Jersey Mike's for the first time today. The Oaks or Phoenixville store on Egypt Road. Patricia from Drexel Hill waited on us. She could not have done a better job,from explaining the menu(sizes,breads, and choices) to making our delicious sandwiches (#13 on her suggestion and a club), she was AWESOME. We love Jersey Mike's subs and are so happy that you are in PA now! I grew up in NJ eating your subs and I have to say, this location did not disappoint. Super easy to order on the app, collect points for free subs, and free delivery (during Covid). Plus an additional 25% off!!
The sandwiches are large and fresh, and every time we order we are very pleased. Definitely download the app and take advantage of the points, 25% discount and free delivery!!!
Really disappointed in this location today. I received an email stating kids eat free all day on weekends. One staff member told me that it wasn’t Jersey Mikes. When I showed him the email, he then said “not this location”. I pulled up the participating locations and then he told me that it wasn’t their location (and for a moment I thought maybe I was wrong, but it has been honored at this location in the past).
