We waited about 40 mins for our food, tried to get the attention of someone (inside was closed but drive through was open) they completely ignored us, our order stopped showing up on the app and we decided to leave. The next day we still got charged even though we did not get our food and waited so long.
Wow. What a nightmare. Almost EVERY possible thing was wrong with my order. Forgotten items. Fries handed out ten minutes before getting the milkshake and then poorly made food.
Missing items.
Half empty fries.
Half cheese on the filet.
Nothing like terrible service. Apathy. And then messing up the order.
Awful.
Mark the GM OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED !!!!
