There are absolutely the Greatest. The older woman name Cindy was VERY helpful and courteous on the phone and in person. I called for a last minute tray and they were very accommodating, yes they do require 24 hours notice but Dave the Manager was VERY understanding of my circumstances. He truly came to my rescue. I ordered a Primo size Nonna's Veggie. The guy taking my order was very kind and polite. I told him I would be picking it up in about 20 minutes. I came back, and a very nice lady working there, and she was also very friendly. The hoagie was neatly wrapped, not messy, and it was delicious! If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. I've gotten hoagies here a number of times, and I have never been disappointed.

Came in Friday ordered 2 hoagies the lady was very friendly and polite however the 70 year old woman who was slicing the meat didn't know what she was doing she looked like she was on drugs. Took 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. There usually much faster when the men are slicing.
