This place has just won the dirtiest restaurant I've been to its absolutely disgusting. I'm not sure who runs this place but I'd replace them immediately. Absolute filth.
First time in close to 15 years coming back to one of these. I gave it another chance to see if it had gotten "better" but the food is just as gross if not worse. Can't be blamed for not trying again. How people like this type of food is beyond me.

The young lady who waited on us was not very friendly. She seemed to be annoyed. The rice seemed old and the black beans. When I asked her to provide new rice and black beans she became more annoyed. The fixings bar was a mess. Overall the food was tasty. I will try them again in the future.
