Never order online!! They have workers here who don't care and don't think people willcome back for their CORRECT order. I was missing almost ALL of my toppings and didn't get a sorry. I used to love this place but considering how much they don't care about online orders I won't be back.

The young lady who waited on us was not very friendly. She seemed to be annoyed. The rice seemed old and the black beans. When I asked her to provide new rice and black beans she became more annoyed. The fixings bar was a mess. Overall the food was tasty. I will try them again in the future.

My son went there for his birthday and one of the employees was extremely rude to him.My son ordered double meat on his wrap and when he opened it. It wasn’t any meat so he went to the guy to tell him that he forgot his protein and the guy said I already put it in. So my son showed him it wasn’t any beef . So guy said will it was there you saw me put it in . And my son said I’m sorry but I wasn’t looking. It’s not like he opened the wrap and took all meat out just to complain for fun ??????

If negative 5 stars was an option, this location would have it. The past 3 times I’ve gone here they have given me the wrong order. They never answer the phone when I try to call and ask for a refund. Drove 30 minutes back to get what I paid for and they have me wait in line for 20 more minutes and try to make me pay for the replacement meal that I already paid for and should’ve been eating an hour ago. Then they burn the remade order and barely wrap it so my “stack” is just a pile of burnt ingredients before I even take it out of the bag. At the very least, this store needs a new system of keeping track of orders. I can’t imagine how many people they do this to if this has happened to me 3 times in a row. Definitely will not return here.
Very nice, for a retail chain restaurant. The foid is all custom made, in a Cafeteria style ordering line. It's tasty, and filling. Good price point / value for the money.

Avoid at all costs! Filthy dirty, cooking area was a mess, long hair on food prep kids with no net or hats, salsa bar was disgusting and 90% empty, taco shells were crushed in the tinfoil wrap, I could go on and on. I am amazed that the local or State Board of Health allows this place to be open. As you can see in my profile, I've written many of these, and I'm always Fair, this is the worst restaurant that I've ever been in. Best regards!
