I love that Root Down has a lot of vegan options on the menu. I tried their vegan cheesesteak and it was decent, but nothing amazing. Their potato wedges were great! I also liked the atmosphere and service. While the vegan cheesesteak wasn’t the best, I do plan on coming back to try some of the other vegan options.
10/10 experience!! I went on Saturday and the bartender and server were amazing. The nachos were to die for and the beer was also great! I love the vibe of this place and the artwork is incredible!
I like Root Down but am very disappointed that they discontinued Vegan Vibes Wednesdays.
We went regularly when it was around. Now, with limited option, we don’t have a reason to eat here anymore.
