I'm not a food/wine/service snob by any means but the customer service here is actually appalling. A group of my friends and I went here yesterday (a Saturday) for a fun wine tasting and the girl serving us should probably never be around people. I've been to this wine bar several times. I've sat inside, outside, at the bar. I love the dry wines from A'Dello so I love to pop in here for a nice glass as I'm perusing Phoenixville. I will admit the bartenders can vary in personality and conversation. Some times they will want to talk about the wine and vineyard, other times they have their face in their phone/laptop and leave you alone. Adorable wine bar that also has beer, tapas and exquisite cocktails. The staff is accommodating and will let you sample before you commit to a wine choice. Loved the unique wine barrel taps.
