Classic little cafe with a lot of great cookie and pastry options, and a few premade sandwiches too! It’s nothing fancy, just good quality coffee and snacks for an actually reasonable price, perfect spot to relax, chat, or do some work!
Because of circumstances, I've eaten breakfast at three different places in Squirrel Hill this week. This is the only time I'm leaving a review because the other two were easily forgettable. Today I had a breakfast wrap that was really good and well-balanced. The coffee was excellent and not overpriced. The shop itself shows a bit of age, but it works well and fits with the lack of pretentiousness here. Next time in the area, I won't bother trying another place....
A lovely spot for a cafe, right on the bus line and not too dimly lit. There's outdoor seating and a bathroom. The food is kind of pricey, which is my main complaint, but it's pretty good. There's a wide selection of drinks like coffee, tea, smoothies, soda, etc. The food is mainly pastries and desserts (which vary between lovely and mid), but also breakfast and lunch things like bagels and pre-made sandwiches. I see people studying all the time so the wifi can't...
