I went on a Saturday and they were wildly busy, but still providing quick and attentive service. The food is interesting and unique - I enjoyed some of it and wasn’t really a fan of others. The execution of the dishes was great, some of the flavors were just a bit odd (ex. the Kompot beverage tasted more woody than like apple and mint). This definitely is a preference thing - a more adventurous eater might not have had the same experience. Updated from previous review on 2026-03-08

A great experience and even more delicious eats. A daily menu of delicious flavors and skill. The potato pancake crispy flavor is awesome.
The mini enjoyed the dessert cake, and requested to return.

I’ve eaten a lot of food in my life. Plenty of fantastic restaurants, countless incredible dishes. Again, plenty. This one stands above all the rest. I’m a huge fan of vegan meats and vegan cheeses (definitely not one to shy away from processed vegan food as long as it tastes good), but I love how the focus here is on utilizing fresh produce to create beautiful, rustic, cultural, and very filling dishes.
