Stopped in on 5/3/2023 at approximately 3:40 pm. There was at least one worker inside, but no one answered at the drive through window. I then parked my car to attempt to go inside and instead of speaking to me or acknowledging that this was their current operating hours and they weren’t open today, the worker locked the door and went in the back. Two other customer behind me also got ignored and had to drive away. I wouldn’t normally leave a review about something like this, but it’s not the first time this has happened. If you have to close down, write a note or change your hours. No need to blatantly ignore customers.

Staff make everyone that is ordering through drive through come in to the restaurant instead of taking order. Was very upsetting to see two elderly people have to walk in super slow with canes just to have to place their order.

Twice in the past 3 days I've stopped at dinner time and the drive-thru told me "they were not accepting orders at this time.". This has been a good store and a consistent location for my family. What's happening?

Overly pleased with my visit, Matty who assisted me in my order was very pleasant to order from. Matty had exceptional communication skills and a unique way of making one feel good about ordering food from his location. Over all I believe Matty will have me returning and many others. I never write reviews unless its well deserved and he exceeded the standards which deserves recognition.

The food is always fresh. The atmosphere is contemporary drive-thru (that's all I use), and the service is always, always outstanding! Just a great crew on every evening and weekend shift I've met.

The doors were locked at 645 pm on a Saturday even though a sign said dining room open. We placed an order for pick up through grubhub and just wanted to pick it up. So we went through drive thru, all of the menu was turned off. We pulled up to the window and the lady was instantly rude and refused to give us our food. I said it's our order and gave the name and her response was get another driver to pick it up. All while she has a lady standing in the lobby while small children are running around and playing with the vaccum. We were missing our drinks, a fry and the sandwiches were wrong. Of course she gave us even more attitude about that. The quality of the food was terrible and cold. This location is terrible and I will not return.

Gm is highly rude. My brother is on a special diet and brought in a drink he can actually drink and the gm asked us to leave because he wasn’t allowed to have an outside drink. Plus he gave attitude when he took our order. Hospitality here is horrid. Didn’t even offer us a bag after he kicked us out.

1 of the worst Arbys in all of Pittsburgh. Told me they were only taking online orders because they were understaffed. Could not order through drive through. WHAT!!!! Constantly a bad experience at this location.

Called twice, no one picked up. Drove up to the drive-thru speaker/menu, was told this establishment was an "Online Order Only" and had to leave without getting our Arby's. Quality of service/employees severely lacking, never again will we bring our money to this particular landfill.
